We Provide Innovative Tile Leveling Systems
Fixplus® Wedge, is a Tile Levelling System that consists of wedge and spacer clips. Manually applied but with the exception of last crimping proccess that is used by its special plier to level tile edges. Application is easy and practice. To generate different grout gaps the system includes spacer clips in different dimensions from 1mm to 4mm. The wedges are reasuable and applicable with all size of spacer clips. Used for wall and floor tiling applications with material thickness from 3mm up to 15mm
Fixplus® Twist is a type of levelling system that consists of screw clips and cap. That is an ergonomic system and applied manually. It is easy to use the 'Screw Systems' and not required any crimping plier. To make parallel grout gaps the system includes screw clips in dimension of 1,5mm and 2mm. The cap is reasubale and applicable with the screw clips both of dimensions 1,5mm and 2mm. Screw clips are suitable for tiles in thickness from 3mm up to 17mm. Used for wall and floor tiling applications.
To make it even easier for you, we have included the “Multi Cross Tile Crosses” in the range. These tile crosses come in 3 different sizes, so the right joint width for every tiling job. The tile crosses are available in sizes: 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm. The tile crosses have been developed in such a way that they fit seamlessly with the Fix-Plus Leveling System. The tile crosses can be used on both the “cross” joints and the “T” joints.
They are advisable for facilitating to compress the wedges placed in clips through Metal or Plastic Pliers specifically developed for Fixplus Tile Levelling System as well as accelerating the installation process. Pliers are developed for foremen and professionals who are capable of using Fixplus Tile Levelling System. Thanks to their hardened steel that they are made from, they are advisable for those who will use them for a long period of time and permanently. Thanks to their ergonomic design, handles made from soft plastic, they do not tire the hand during application. Also, since steel sections which are likely to be in contact with tiles are protected through plastic covers, they avoid tile damages. They provide an opportunity to compress on a stabile basis thanks to their stop pin. Therefore, a compression is provided in the same distance during every compression process and they avoid involuntary ruptures of holders placed under the tiles by preventing redundant power from being used. That’s why; before carrying out any work, it is advisable to adjust and fix the pliers only for once according to tile thickness.
When used with standard wedges, wedge separators provide an advantage in terms of 4 mm-thickness measure of tiles for which a floor covering will be provided. Wedges work on a stabile basis with minimum 6 mm-thickness tiles through standard clips. With the purpose of using the leveling system in special and specific products which are thinner than 6 mm, a wedge separator used by being placed under current wedges is required. Wedge separators are used by being placed under wedges. They can be installed and removed so easily. They are appropriate for permanent usage purposes.

BS60 Used in tiling applications to create raised floors with natural stone, ceramic and composite flooring materials. BS60 Supports can be used to create raised floors at varying heights from 32mm up to 250mm on flat or uneven surfaces. Thanks to its high technical capacity, it is ideal for private and public areas. It can be used safely in places such as terraces, balconies, rooftops, sun lounges, verandas, swimming pool areas, parks, villas, gardens, information processing centers, distribution companies, call centers, education facilities where intense human traffic is available. Made from 100% eco-friendly material. Withstand extreme weather conditions within temperature ranging from -40° to +80 In the applications of BS60 Serie, it is recommended to use a fifth support at the center of the tile to ensure to distribute the load equally. Apart from 32mm - 110mm high fixed modules the required height can be set with compatible extensions fitted to these modules. Maximum height is 250mm. BS60 Serie is not recommended for applications over 250mm heights.
BSW60 Supports are applicable to wooden and composite deck flooring materials. BS60 can be easily converted into BSW60. By making the tabs taken out from their holes and putting the parallel connecting part WC9801 instead of them BS60 will changed into BSW60. Wooden or aluminum floor joists can be fixed to parallel connecting part WC9801 to create the required flooring frame work on the ground on which the installation materials can be applied. BSW60 Series Supports can be used to create raised floors at varying heights from 32mm up to 250mm on flat or uneven surfaces. Can be used safely in places such as terraces, balconies, rooftops, sun lounges, verandas, swimming pool areas, parks, villas where intense human traffic is available. Withstand extreme weather conditions within temperature ranging from -40° to +80 Apart from 32mm - 110mm high fixed modules the required height can be set with compatible extensions fitted to these modules. Maximum height is 250mm. BSW60 Serie is not recommended for applications over 250mm heights.

BS110 Supports can be used to create raised floors at varying heights from 75 mm up to 540 mm on flat or uneven surfaces. 83 / 5.000 It is suitable for higher and stronger floors compared to the Basic Series. Compatible with SLC001 Self Levelling Head. Maxi Series, different heights can be achieved by using the desired amount of extension sleeves. Cuffs can be used in the tightened position as well as in the open position. The recommended use is with the sleeves in a tight position against the body and each other. Thanks to the stop pin located on the body and sleeves, separation from the body and sleeves is prevented during adjustment. Thanks to its high technical capacity, it is ideal for private and public areas. It can be used safely in places such as terraces, balconies, rooftops, sun lounges, verandas, swimming pool areas, parks, villas, gardens, information processing centers, distribution companies, call centers, education facilities where intense human traffic is available. BSW110 Supports are applicable to wooden and composite deck flooring materials. Compared with basic series supports BSW110 is preferred to make floors more elevated and withstand heavier loads. Thanks to W14002 adjustable connecting part can be installed floor joists in required thickness. Thus, wooden or aluminum floor joists can be fixed to the supports and get a required flooring frame work on which the installation materials will be applied. BSW110 Supports can be used to create raised floors at varying heights from 75mm up to 540mm on flat or uneven surfaces. Can be used safely in places such as terraces, balconies, rooftops, sun lounges, verandas, swimming pool areas, parks, villas where intense human traffic is available. Withstand extreme weather conditions within temperature ranging from -40° to +80. Except for fixed modules from 75 mm to 170 mm, heights can be adjusted as desired with sleeves compatible with these modules.
It is the module used in tile flooring applications together with the automatic surface leveling system. When used on surfaces with a maximum slope of 5%, it ensures automatic leveling of the slope. It can be used with ceramic, natural stone and composite flooring materials suitable for the tile flooring style. SL110 series raised floor system legs can be applied on floors of fixed or variable size, from 85 mm to 550 mm. It is suitable for higher and stronger floors compared to the Basic Series. Since the automatic straightening head can rotate 360° around its own axis, it automatically settles in the direction of the slope. With the SL110, different heights can be achieved by using the desired amount of extension sleeves. Cuffs can be used in the tightened position as well as in the open position.
