Why use a wedge separator?
With thinner tiles, a wedge can sometimes slide further through the clip than is ideal. The Wedge Separator increases the effective thickness beneath the wedge so the pressure is applied in a more useful position. This helps the Standard Wedge work more effectively on thinner materials.
